Seeking Graphic Artist for Artistic Design of "Blue Peace CA" Initiative Booth at the Third High-Level International Conference on the International Decade for Action "Water for Sustainable Development, 2018-2028" in Dushanbe.

Project Brief for Graphic Artist:

Project Duration: June 10-13, 2024.

Objective:

The main objective of this project is to create an engaging and interactive visual representation of discussions and themes at the 3rd Conference of the Decade for Action on Water in Dushanbe. The artist will collaborate with (female) youth representatives from Central Asian countries to create a visual interpretation of key discussions on topics addressed at the Decade for Action on Water conference in Dushanbe..

Main Responsibilities:

·       Interact with youth representatives prior to the conference to develop concepts on key themes and messages. This includes engaging in online discussions and participating in a seminar organized by the OSCE.

·       Collaborate with youth representatives during the conference to create visual representations of discussions using maps, diagrams, graphics, or associative cards. The goal is to create artworks that effectively convey the objectives and key themes of the conference.

·       Maintain the design of the interactive space at the "Blue Peace CA" booth to engage conference participants, gather proposals for artistic works, and demonstrate the process of their creation.

Required Qualifications:

·       Proficiency in graphic design skills and visual storytelling, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts through artistic expression.

·       Experience in collaborating on joint artistic projects and successful interaction with various stakeholders to achieve common goals and objectives.

·       Readiness and ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work and adapting to changing project requirements.

·       High level of communication skills, including the ability to effectively articulate ideas, listen to and understand client and stakeholder requests, and openness to feedback for continual improvement of work.
