The Central Asian Subregion Participation in the EFE Process, 2016

This Regional Synthesis Report is a contribution of the Regional Environmental Centre for Central Asia to the process of preparation of sub-region to the Eight Ministerial Conference “Environment for Europe” to be held in 8-10 of June 2016 in Batumi, Georgia.  The findings of the report are basing on the analysis of progress in implementation of environmental UNECE Conventions, results of EU funded Project “Forest and Biodiversity Governance including Environmental Monitoring in Central Asia” (MONECA) and FOEN funded Project “Supporting Turkmenistan in establishing a State of Environment Report in line with the UNECE Indicators”, as well as outcomes from national and sub-regional consultations held in period of March-May 2016.
