The National Brand Competition – 2025 was held in Bishkek as part of the national economic project “One Village – One Product” (OVOP). The competition results confirmed the practical outcomes of support provided to producers under the Kyrgyz Republic Resilient Landscape Restoration Project (KG RESILAND), implemented within the RESILAND CA+ Program.
In 2025, with the support of the project, the development and market introduction of 30 products were facilitated in the Naryn, Osh, Jalal-Abad, and Issyk-Kul regions. The support was structured as a comprehensive process—from the development of recipes and quality standards to branding, packaging, and preparation for commercialization.
A total of 57 products were presented at the competition, of which 19 advanced to the final round. The evaluation was conducted based on the use of local raw materials, quality, packaging, market readiness, and export potential.
Among the main prize winners were producers who received project support:
· “Raspberry Concentrate” — Gold Medal (Nurgul Isakova, Batken region);
· “Pistachio Cookies” — Silver Medal (Gulchehra Aliyarova, Jalal-Abad region);
· “Persimmon Chips” — Bronze Medal (Saidakhon Oktamova, Osh region).

Project-supported products were also represented among the finalists in various categories, including “Nomad’s Pizza,” nut pastes, lip balm based on natural ingredients, “Red Salt” mouth rinse, and “Mountain Honey with Pistachio.”

An additional instrument for presenting the results was gift boxes awarded to distinguished guests and partners of the event. The boxes included products manufactured by project participants, demonstrating product quality, packaging, and market readiness.
The results of the National Brand Competition – 2025 clearly demonstrated that systematic support to producers under the project contributes to the development of competitive national brands and strengthens the economic resilience of the regions of the Kyrgyz Republic.
