The team of the Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) program of the Regional Environmental Centre for Central Asia participated in an online event, “Financing the Green and Transition: Towards a Low-GHG,Climate-Resilient Future", on 3-4 April 2024.
The main objective of this event is to provide a platform for co-operation and knowledge exchange between participants, holding discussions on sustainable finance and climate change.
During the two days, participants will discuss topics such as: Sustainable Finance Markets, sustainable financial instruments, sustainable development, Policy Frameworks and Enabling Environment for Sustainable Finance, biodiversity conservation and restoration.
The event is co-organized by the Capacity-building Alliance of Sustainable Investment (CASI) with its secretariat at the Institute of Finance and Sustainability (IFS), and Institute for Climate and Society (iCS), in São Paulo, Brazil.
