Dear readers! We are glad to present you the first CAREC newsletter of this year, and twelve in a row.

The first quarter of 2018 was very intense. CAREC, with the support of partners, held The Central Asia Climate Change Conference, Meeting of the representatives of the MFA ’s and parliaments of Central Asia and Afghanistan, and also participated in the largest event in the field of water resources, the World Water Forum. In addition, the countries of Central Asia celebrated the 25th anniversary of diplomatic relations with the European Union. But that's not all! Find out more in our newsletter.
